There is a bioinformatics course in both BGE and MMB program of UODA. Previous teachers of this course used to took students in cybercafe for practical experience of online data mining and analysis but the limitation of this attempt was that many of us did not have a computer or internet connection. Then I came to know about CLC free workbench from a senior of mine. What you need, is a primary knowledge about molecular biology and basic operation and a limited internet access, when u will download necessary sequences. There is no need to have a continuous internet access. Above everything else you will find all frequently tools you need, in a single software solution.
